Help Center – Issue troubleshooting

  • Sorry to hear that. Did you have a backup created before this happened?

If you have a backup, you can always restore your data in Settings > My Data > Restore data or with the Sign in and restore data option when starting the app.

If you have a backup but the restore still doesn't work, please contact our support team for help.

If you have not set up a backup, unfortunately, there would be none of your data on our side.

If you have not set up a backup yet, but you still have a different device with My Calendar app opened on it, you can set up a backup there in Settings > Backup data. With that you can restore the data on your new device.

If you lost your data after deleting the backup (in Settings > My Data > Delete my Account) and resetting the app (in Settings > My Data > Delete data from phone or by deleting app data in the settings of the device), all the data from the app and the backup will be permanently deleted.

  • To recover the password, go to Settings > My data > Restore data, enter your Backup email address and click Forgot? Tap here. A password reminder will be sent to the email address you've specified.

Alternatively, when starting the app, tap Sign in and restore data, enter your Backup email address and tap Forgot? Tap here. A password reminder will be sent to the email address you've specified.

Do check your spam folder if the email with the password isn't appearing.

If the password still fails to arrive, please contact our support team for help.

  • The general way to back up your data is through Settings > My Data > Backup data > enable Auto backup.

To restore your data, go Settings > My Data > Restore Data and enter the email and password you used when creating your backup account.

If you don't remember your password enter your Backup email address and click Forgot? Tap here. Your current password will be sent to the email address you've specified.

Do check your Spam folder if the email with the password isn't appearing.

If your attempts to restore or backup your data were not successful, there might be a devise-specific issue or a problem on our side. Please contact our support team for help.

  • My Calendar predicts periods based on the period prediction option selected in Settings > My Cycle > Period Prediction.

If you select Use predicted values, My Calendar will predict period dates based on the past cycles you’ve logged. The more information you enter, the more precise the app's predictions will become. Please mind that the prediction will take some time to adjust to any changes.

If you select Use your own values, you will be able to set the period and cycle dates and lengths manually. The predictions are static and will only change if you change the settings..

Our recommendation: if your cycle varies in duration, select Use predicted values so that the app could recalculate and adjust your period notifications depending on the data you enter and make more accurate predictions.

  • The calendar on the main screen is color-coded to display the fertility window, ovulation day, period duration for the current, previous and future cycles. Ovulation day and the fertility window are marked purple. The calendar also features a color legend located below - scroll down to view it.

If you don't see ovulation day and fertility window markings in the calendar, go to Settings > Personal > Calendar view. Check if Ovulation and Fertility Info is enabled to ensure this information is displayed on the calendar.

If the ovulation day and fertility window markings are still not available on the main screen calendar, please contact our support team for help.

  • The app calculates the ovulation date based on the history of the previous cycles. If you want to enter the ovulation date manually, go to Settings > My Cycle > Ovulation and fertility prediction > Use your own value. Editing the length of the *Luteal phase will change the ovulation date and fertility window prediction on the main screen calendar.

*The luteal phase is the second half of the menstrual cycle. It starts after ovulation (when the mature egg is released) and ends with the first day of the period.

  • Please check if My Calendar notifications are enabled in Settings > Reminders.

If the Settings are correctly configured, but notifications still don't show up, the problem might be with manufacturer settings or third-party apps blocking the notifications.

Some of the issues stem from a battery-saving feature that shuts down the app when it's not being used. To troubleshoot this issue, change the device's power management settings to get a reliable notification delivery from the selected apps.
