Android

  • If you want to cancel a monthly or annual subscription:

    Open the Google Play Store > Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account > At the top right, tap the profile icon > Tap Payments & Subscriptions > Select the subscription you want to cancel > Tap Cancel subscription > Follow the instructions.

    If you cancel it during the 7-day free trial, you will pay nothing.

    If you cancel it after the 7-day grace period, the subscription will not renew for the next year or month (depending on the selected payment frequency).

    The Premium features will be available until the next billing date.

  • If you accidentally bought the "forever" item or forgot to cancel the subscription during the 7-day free trial and want a refund, do let us know - please contact our support team. Make sure to include the email of the Google account used for the purchase or subscription.

IOS

  • If you want to cancel a monthly or annual subscription:

    Open the AppStore app > Choose your account (it's on the top) > Subscriptions > Period Calendar > Cancel Subscription. If you cancel it during the 7-day free trial, you will pay nothing.

    If you cancel it after the 7-day grace period, the subscription will not renew for the next year or month (depending on the selected payment frequency). The Premium features will be available until the next billing date.

  • If you accidentally bought the "forever" item or forgot to cancel the subscription during the 7-day free trial and want a refund, please contact Apple Support. All the transactions go through the App Store, and unfortunately, we can't refund your purchase on our side.
